TITLE **: SW Product Analyst II** LOCATION **:** **Belgrade, Serbia** **Job Role:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **SW Product Analyst** to join our Platform Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundational understanding of technical systems. You will play a key part in supporting internal and external users, managing onboarding processes, maintaining system configurations, and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth platform operations. As a member of the DevOps team, you will support the Financial Services business unit by helping to maintain and improve the day-to-day operations of our systems and services. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth onboarding, supporting internal tools and environments, and assisting with system configurations. This role plays a key part in keeping our platforms running efficiently and reliably, working closely with cross-functional teams to support business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in setting up and maintaining user profiles, content groups, and dashboard configurations based on user roles. + Manage onboarding processes for internal and external users, including backlog processing and access provisioning. + Support the setup and maintenance of demo and test environments. + Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing activities. + Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to support platform adoption and resolve operational issues. + Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation, how-to guides, and training materials. + Support incident response efforts by escalating issues and assisting with resolution steps. + Participate in incident reviews and help document root causes and follow-up actions. + Assist in setting up and maintaining monitoring dashboards and alerts. + Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to support deployment and release processes. **Ideal Technical and Professional Skills:** + BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 2–3 years of relevant experience in a technical support or operations role. + Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. + Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. + Basic experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or similar). + Strong documentation skills and the ability to assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. + Bonus points for exposure to scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or Python) or infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform). **About NCR Atleos Corporation:** NCR Atleos is the global leader in self-service interactions; we are at the forefront of turning everyday transactions into exceptional experiences and making every day easier.
