The SVP of Revenue & Operations is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Company, from day-to-day oversight to long-term strategy. In particular, the position will focus on sales, events, and product development, working closely with colleagues responsible for editorial content to ensure that financial and audience engagement goals are met. Additionally, the position will develop long-term strategies that will drive revenue, audience, and engagement growth for the Company.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience. MBA or comparable experience highly preferred.Minimum 5 years of successful experience leading a comparable sales organization or divisionProven track record of:Driving sales individually and with a teamDigital sales expertiseD.C. specific relationshipsOther progressive management experience may be consideredSalary Range: $275,000 - 325,000
