Job Purpose
Drive and manage the HR function for the region and provide input to and ensure implementation of the divisional HR strategy to fulfill the organizations resource requirements, through attracting, developing and retaining capable people to achieve its current and future business objectives in line with region's business strategy, divisional HR strategy, industry best practices and local legal requirements.

Key TasksProvide input into divisional HR strategy and initiatives aligned to the business strategy and goals, considering key business opportunities, challenges and risks, market trends, economic and political climateSet functional priorities for the region and align its activities to support achievement of business goals and influence strategicDirection of the business balanced with the employee perspectiveEnsure alignment of regional HR function with overall divisional HR strategy and plansDrive transformation and change of HR function to maximize the capability of people at all levels of the organization and to ensureHR services are delivered to drive business performanceBuild, organize and develop the HR function's team and processes to deliver on set objectives and people related activities in all key areas: Sourcing, C&B, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Administration support and change Management, etc.Act as a trusted advisor to the business and partner with the members of the business management teamMonitor deployment of the HR strategic plans and achievement of functional goals to enhance efficiencies and effectivenessAnticipate, identify and resolve risks or issues to lead successful deployment of HR strategy StakeholdersNegotiate critical agreements/contracts with other departments and 3rd partiesResolve conflict through negotiating with key stakeholders effectively and challenge to stand up in situations of moral or legal conflictDebate, negotiate and stipulate critical targets and objectives where concepts and ideas need to be sold to others with limitedInterest in cooperating and participatingDevelop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across DPDHL and/or partner organizations to fosterCollaboration and on-going sharing of best practices and resources, to gain mutual business advantageChampion cooperation and partnership, making use of their network across DHL Group and externally to provide integrated solutions to problems, and find 'win-win' outcomes for all partiesUse a high level of emotional intelligence; excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of people issues to sustain relationships Management ResponsibilityDirect multiple teams with team leaders in chargeDetermine overall team structure and roles of membersQualificationsEducation Level: Master’s DegreeExperience Level: more than 12 yearsInterested in this opportunity?
