_This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S._ The Sr. Vice President, Go-to-Market (SVP, GTM) will lead the development and execution of GTM plans that accelerate client acquisition, maximize LTV, and drive sustainable growth. This role ensures Optiv’s value proposition is delivered through a seamless, high-impact client experience. Acting as the strategic link across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Services, Operations, Finance, and Legal, this leader will align cross-functional efforts, scale GTM systems, and optimize investments. They will drive the creation of vertical-specific playbooks, integrated GTM motions, and sales enablement to strengthen engagement and execution. This role combines strategic vision with operational rigor to increase execution velocity, deepen client relationships, and position the company for long-term success in a dynamic market. **How you’ll make an impact** + Define and execute client engagement models that drive growth and improve client outcomes. + Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and shifts within the cybersecurity space. + Continuously refine GTM strategy to align with evolving buyer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry opportunities. + Lead cross-functional initiatives to elevate the client journey, from strategic advisory through solution delivery and managed services. + Enhance cross-portfolio adoption of Optiv GTM offers in partnership with Sales and Services leadership. + Operationalize Optiv Market System, architecting GTM motions and enabling Sales. + Build and execute industry-specific GTM strategies and sales plays that address unique regulatory, risk, and threat landscape requirements. + Leverage data, market intelligence, and customer insights to continuously inform segmentation, messaging, and GTM execution strategies. + Establish executive-level engagement models to strengthen relationships with key clients and alliances. + Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Partners to ensure clear positioning and scalable delivery of Optiv’s solutions. + Partner with the Channel and Alliance ecosystem to expand co-sell and co-delivery motions. + Recommend optimization of GTM investments across marketing, partner, and enablement programs, ensuring spend is aligned with strategic priorities and performance outcomes. + Drive integration across field teams to ensure a unified, consistent client experience. + Lead GTM operations, enablement, and performance management to improve win rates, pipeline velocity, and field productivity. + Establish agile GTM execution frameworks with structured feedback loops from field teams to rapidly iterate messaging, plays, and coverage models. + Align GTM strategy with Customer Success and Service Delivery teams to support long-term client value realization, including adoption, expansion, and renewal motions. + Define and operationalize success metrics across GTM functions to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. + Build, lead, and scale a high-performing GTM team focused on execution and impact + Develop and manage a GTM organization and related budget. + Serve as a member of the Optiv Operating Leadership Group. + Be a talent management ambassador.
