您想加入一家真正国际化、以人才为导向、重视安全、合规、质量、创新和员工发展的公司吗? 奥的斯正在不断发展壮大,我们正在招聘一名服务战略客户经理,该职位的主要目标战略客户的开发与管理,对所负责区域的或所负责客户的跟踪与管理,制定开发计划与销售计划,并确保销售计划的高质量执行,同时还需与客户保持高效的沟通,确保客户满意度。

通常情况下,您需要:

熟悉了解电梯市场发展及战略客户需求动态;
建立和协调客户与通力总部、区域和分公司之间的多层次关系;
对全国战略客户项目启动和相应的行动方案进行宣贯; 
从区域分公司收集全国战略客户信息,并每月进行维护,定期召开项目管理跟踪会议;
分析目前现有战略客户的需求,与区域维保/销售负责人共同制定对应的维保价格策略和维保方案;

按客户需求,不定期地拜访全国/区域战略客户,维护战略合作的持续性,同时开发潜在的战略客户;
支持协助区域分公司制定战略客户开发的专门培训及解决方案;
协助分公司关于战略客户的投诉处理及其他管理事宜;
负责完成KA销售相关关键业务指标(云管家,备件销售等);
 负责全国连锁客户/高价值项目及全国框架客户的反馈及投诉对接(销售/运营、含停梯、关人及重复故障等);
 NEB战略客户(包括MP)开发及续约时的保养及配件计价,和涉及维保的支持工作;
区域维保总监安排的区域其他KA管理工作等。

成功的候选人需要具备:

学士及以上学历;
5年及以上战略客户管理工作经验;
英语6级及以上,熟练的英语读写能力;
良好的客户关系管理及处理客户问题的能力等;
善于与客户沟通,可以高效的与其它支持部门合作,解决客户需求或投诉;
在战略客户管理方面具有丰富的经验,可以制定符合不同客户需求的维保方案;
