The Opportunity:
Sustainment Engineering Manager for the Data Transport Product Support Sustainment Logistics Maintenance Contract (DSLM). Manage a large team of technical professionals of 30+ team members. Teams managed include, Depot Maintenance Actions (DMAs), Sustaining Engineering, Deployable Assets/Factory Compatibility Testing (FCT), Configuration Management/Data Management, and Technical Manuals for the Space Force Satellite Control Network (SCN). Overarching responsibility for the financial execution to include budget forecasting and implementation and tracking contract expenditures (labor) for the assigned areas of responsibility. Provide senior leadership support for all DSLM associated activities. Provided senior program management support in all aspects of project management for sustainment and on-going projects in support of the SCN. Keep both Senior Management and the customer informed of team program status at weekly meetings. Ensure team is has the resources and support needed to successfully complete their required tasks.


Responsibilities:
We have a great opportunity for a Sustainment Engineering Manager supporting the Data Transport Product
Support sustainment Logistics Maintenance (DSLM) contract which maintains the requirements of operational performance through a consolidated service of site support, organizational and depot maintenance, sustainment, modifications, and factory/launch compatibility testing for the Satellite Control Network. You will share knowledge, perform Sustainment Engineering functions to include but not limited to Depot Maintenance Actions (DMAs), Sustaining Engineering (obsolescence analysis, RMMA, Systems Engineering), Deployable Assets/Factory Compatibility Testing (FCT), Configuration Management/Data Management, and Technical Manuals for the Space Force Satellite Control Network (SCN).
You will perform as the Sustainment Engineering Manager, supporting various day-to-day activities as well as
longer term planning initiatives. This position will directly interface with the Government customer while supporting various contract required meetings. You will be responsible for performing and implementing a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of services and associated systems information.




Qualifications:

Required: 

• Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five years of related experience
• Supervisor experience
• Budgeting and cost management experience.
• Experience with sustaining engineering and obsolescence.
• Experience with CM/DM.
• Experience with Govt Technical Orders.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a secret level US Government security clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$98,500-$206,800
