Ferguson seeks a highly motivated **Sustainability Reporting Analyst** to support Ferguson’s reporting, including our annual sustainability report, ratings and rankings, responses to customer information requests, and internal management reporting.
The Sustainability Reporting Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Environmental Sustainability and will work alongside team members to address the information needs of a diverse set of partners and advance the company’s reputation as a leader in sustainability.
**Location:**
This is a hybrid role out of Ferguson's corporate offices in Newport News, VA, in accordance with Ferguson policy. Consideration will be given to remote candidates that are within a reasonable driving distance to visit the corporate offices as needed monthly to quarterly.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensuring that sustainability-related data is reliable and ready for audit.
+ Implement Greenhouse Gas Accounting processes for calculation of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
+ Improve controls and processes related to data collection, processing and reporting through documentation and automation.
+ Manage relationships with vendor partners for data management software solutions.
+ Engage sustainability raters and rankers to maintain competitive scores (e.g. CDP, ISS, Sustainalytics, MSCI, Ecovadis).
+ Track, coordinate and develop responses to questionnaires and surveys requested by key partners including current and prospective customers, suppliers and investors.
+ Monitor evolving landscape of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g. IFRS/ISSB, TCFD, SASB).
+ Serve as a subject matter expert for sustainability metrics and reporting.
**Qualifications:**
+ 1-3 years experience in a quantitative and analytical role at a large, publicly traded company.
+ Strong attention to detail paramount.
+ Project management, collaboration and organizational skills with strong ability to take initiative and see projects to completion.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills – to both technical and non-technical audiences – and interpersonal skills with emphasis on building strong, long-term relationships across departments.
+ Demonstrated interest in sustainability.
+ Adaptability and willingness to learn new frameworks and tools.
+ Prior experience with Sphera and Workiva reporting platforms is a plus.
+ Prior experience with ESG reporting frameworks is a plus.
+ Prior experience in responding to ESG rating and ranking agencies such as CDP, EcoVadis, MSCI, ISS, Sustainalytics, S&P Global / DJSI is a plus.

$4,799.70 - $7,791.30
