Sustainability Reporting Advisor

Job Description Summary

As a Sustainability Reporting Advisor, you’ll be a key contributor to our integrated facilities and property management contract. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality environmental reporting and performance analytics. Your insights will help shape decisions across energy, water, waste, and clean energy initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver environmental performance reports (carbon footprint, energy, waste, water).

Support mandatory legislative reporting (e.g. NGERS, NPI).

Maintain and troubleshoot environmental data systems (e.g. Envizi).

Analyse environmental trends and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate across property planning, lease management, procurement, and upgrade projects.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to thought leadership.

Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in reporting practices.

What We’re Looking For

Tertiary qualifications in environmental science, engineering, or related discipline.

Up to 2 years’ experience in environmental reporting or data analytics.

Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Envizi highly regarded.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
