Base location: Mumbai (must be okay to travel)

Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in any streamMBA preferred | Post graduate certificate in Environment / Sustainability / ESG preferred

Professional experience

•                     3 to 5 years of Industry experience including Sustainability practice

People/Personal Competence

Self-driven and motivated, capacity to learn on-the-go, high collaboration and communication skills, team player, result oriented, critical and strategic thinking

Roles and responsibilities

Drive sustainability topics for Siemens IndiaPrepare Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR); liaise with assurance partner for BRSRFacilitate implementation of the Sustainability and Siemens DEGREE framework in the businessMonitor Sustainability KPIsSupport related teams across business and functions on SustainabilityFacilitate ESG Risk Framework adoption in the businessCoordinate with Sustainability Department / team of other Siemens India entitiesEngage with external and internal stakeholders to meet the requirements of Sustainability and DEGREEFacilitate internal and external communication around SustainabilitySupport Corporate Citizenship projects
