Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a visionary and analytical Sustainability Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead our sustainability efforts, develop and implement strategies to reduce our environmental impact, and drive sustainable business practices across the company. + Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals and Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 + Lead and manage sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource conservation programs + Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement + Create and maintain environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards + Prepare sustainability reports using recognized frameworks such as GRI or SASB + Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices into business operations + Analyze data and metrics to track progress and report on sustainability performance + Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community partners, to promote sustainability awareness and initiatives + Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainability + Represent the organization at industry events and conferences related to sustainability **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred + 5+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related field + Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies + Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and sustainable business practices + Proficiency in environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) + Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills + Strong project management abilities + Outstanding communication and presentation skills + Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and national sustainability goals + Professional certifications such as LEED AP or CSR-P are a plus + Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels + Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change within an organization **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
