+ **Represent and communicate our sustainability strategy** to customers, while initiating and managing collaborative projects with a strong focus on sustainability and circular innovation.
+ **Act as a key interface** between Development, ESH (Environment, Safety & Health), Suppliers, and Customers to foster cross-functional collaboration and sustainable progress.
+ Master's degree in technical studies, preferably in Chemistry, Polymer, or Material Science.
+ Several years of experience in sustainability, life cycle assessment, and circular economy.
+ Desired experience in the formulation of elastomeric and plastic materials.
+ Experience with automotive customers.
+ Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
+ Strong intercultural skills.
+ Experience working with international project teams.
