We are looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join our Sustainability Consulting business line. Our services begin with helping clients to define compelling visions, create leading strategies and develop challenging targets. The opportunity to work with us will provide you with exposure to high-profile investor and corporate occupier clients, in Hong Kong and the wider APAC region.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Contribute to the overall development and growth of our Sustainability Strategy Consultancy services throughDevelop technical expertise in relation to the sustainability agenda in real estate.What this job involves:
On-going development and improvement of the methodologies, models and frameworks which we use to support delivery of services to clientsBuild strong working relationships with client property and sustainability teams through the provision of accurate and timely advice and deliverablesWork as part of a team to develop carbon emission reduction targets, such as Net Zero Carbon targets and associated roadmaps and action plans for achieving theseCalculation of GHG emissions (based on GHG Protocol) and reporting these via mandatory and voluntary disclosure schemesCarry out research to support delivery of services and thought leadership, enhancing client offerings and ensuring the team remain at the forefront of emerging thinkingPreparation of presentations, reports, workshops and data analysis. Delivery of wider sustainability reporting service, such as IFRS-2, TCFD, GRESB, CDP, etc. Effective time management and prioritization of tasks to ensure delivery of services to clients on time and within budgetWork in a rigorous manner to deliver accurate, high quality, engaging and client-ready outputsWork as part of a team to deliver client workshops and engagements and presenting information in a clear and compelling wayTake a client through the strategy implementation journey, through well-crafted goals, action plans and bringing the strategy to life through engagementInterested? A degree (in an analytical field such as engineering or economics) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role e.g. sustainability or professional services, delivering strategy or advisory work.
