About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Sustainability Consultant to support the delivery and expansion of sustainability services across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role focuses on high‑quality technical execution, project support, and proposal development, working closely under the guidance of the Senior Sustainability Consultant.

This position is ideal for an early‑to‑mid career consultant looking to deepen their technical capabilities while building client-facing exposure in a fast‑growing sustainability market. You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple industries and contribute to the implementation of national and regional sustainability initiatives.

  Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Technical Support Support the delivery of sustainability consulting projects across sectors including energy, oil & gas, petrochemicals, construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing. Contribute to end‑to‑end project execution: data collection, analysis, calculations, documentation, and reporting. Assist in delivering services related to: Organizational & Product Carbon Footprinting GHG inventories and reporting ESG and sustainability reporting Sustainability strategies and roadmaps Green building certifications (LEED, EDGE, Mostadam) Ensure all technical outputs align with international best practices and local regulations.   Proposal & Tender Support Support the preparation of technical proposals, expressions of interest, and tender submissions. Assist with developing technical methodologies, cost estimates, and project schedules. Conduct background research on client sectors, regulations, and sustainability trends.   Client & Stakeholder Engagement Participate in client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions alongside senior team members. Support stakeholder engagement activities and sustainability awareness workshops. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and contribute to strong client satisfaction.   Internal Coordination & Knowledge Development Coordinate with BV internal technical teams and regional sustainability experts. Contribute to developing internal tools, templates, and knowledge‑sharing materials. Stay current on sustainability regulations, market trends, and emerging standards across KSA and Bahrain.   Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG, carbon management, or related roles. Working knowledge of: GHG Protocol, ISO 14064 / ISO 14067 GRI and other ESG reporting frameworks Sustainability reporting requirements Strong analytical skills with excellent report‑writing and organizational abilities. Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
