We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to join us as a Team Lead, driving the delivery of cutting-edge sustainable solutions, leading our team’s growth, and representing AECOM as a thought leader in the industry.

The Role

As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the direction and impact of the Sustainable Design Team. Your responsibilities include:

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, and cost considerations.

Lead the definition and implementation of technical and advisory sustainability strategies across multidisciplinary design teams.

Conduct technical reviews of reports and deliverables to ensure compliance with AECOM quality standards.

Lead the production data-driven analyses and clear, compelling reports that communicate recommendations and findings.

Internal collaboration

Contribute to the growth of AECOM’s sustainability global practice through internal collaboration and thought leadership.

Take part of AECOM Spain Sustainability Committee to deliver regionally our ESG plan, Sustainable Legacies.

Prepare and support commercial proposals and client offers. Collaborate with business development teams to position sustainability as a differentiator in proposals and client engagements.

Identify emerging markets or sectors where sustainable design expertise could open new opportunities.

Represent AECOM in industry forums and professional bodies; present work and contribute to the broader sustainability discourse.

Stay up to date with current and emerging sustainability policies, trends, and technologies.
