Sustainability Analyst
**The Opportunity** Join Nestlé as a **Sustainability Analyst** and play a pivotal role in shaping our commitment to a sustainable future. In this newly created position, you will be instrumental in implementing our market Sustainability Roadmap, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements through high-quality reporting, analysis, and insights. You will collaborate with various business units and functions across Oceania, providing your subject matter expertise to drive impactful sustainability initiatives. **A day in the Life…** Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will: + Deliver high-quality, insight-driven reports ensuring timely, accurate, and accessible information, that enhance communication and empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. + Support businesses with carbon reduction plans by providing insights and delivering compliance reporting requirements. + Share knowledge across business to keep pace with evolving sustainability requirements and regulations. + Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes by utilizing specific tools and dashboards to track progress. + Foster successful cross-functional collaboration, partnering with key stakeholders to shape the market sustainability roadmap and business unit carbon reduction plans. + Maintain data quality in reporting projects by providing training and identifying improvement opportunities. **What will make you successful:** + A relevant degree in Environmental Science or a related field. + Understanding of climate science and carbon accounting. + Familiarity with regulations and guidelines such as the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and local regulatory requirements. + Strong technical and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. + Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Well-organized, flexible, and adaptable, thriving in a team environment. + A minimum of 4 years of experience in a data management role. _Full Australian working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role._ **BENEFITS** You will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, build and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.
