As a valued team member, you will support and scale sustainability impact aligned to the Siemens DEGREE framework. DEGREE outlines the relevant focus topics for Siemens to address central Environmental, Social, and Governance aspects.

You’ll create impact by: Support the implementation of People Centric & Society and Net Zero initiatives across the business through stakeholder engagement, data analysis and best practice sharingStakeholder Account Management, communication and strategy setting to maximise impact, as well as preparing reports.Managing customer intelligence and responding to customer enquiries on sustainabilitySupporting the Social Value strategy through training, interventions,Work closely with employees in various functions e.g. supply chain, Human Resources , Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), governance… on relevant sustainability topicsManagement of external engagement opportunities with customers, supply chain, education and community groupsSupporting internal and external communication strategiesIdentify training needs of Siemens colleagues and collaborate with internal and external partnersWork with the team to improve current processes and future proofing processes and activities.What we're looking for:Interest in all things sustainability Understanding of high level SUS reporting topics (e.g. Social Value, Scope 1 – 3)Confident in a data-led approach, ability to analyse, interpret and present data Communicate effectively with colleagues and partners Able to see the bigger picture of interlinked topics that all impact sustainabilityA growth mindset and a proactive approach to new topics
