Key Responsibilities:Deliver a full range of Building Surveying services including:DilapidationsTechnical Due DiligenceContract AdministrationPlanned Preventative MaintenanceReinstatement Cost AssessmentsManage client relationships and act as a key point of contactSupport and mentor junior team membersContribute to business development and client retention effortsCollaborate with colleagues across the wider Project & Development Services teamWork on projects across the UK and Europe, with a focus on commercial real estate

Skills & Experience:MRICS-qualified with 1–2 years post-qualification experienceStrong experience in core Building Surveying servicesCommercially aware with excellent communication and negotiation skillsHighly organised, methodical, and able to manage a busy workloadSelf-motivated and proactive, with a client-focused mindsetComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamExperience with investor and occupier clients across a range of sectors
