The Integrated Portfolio Management business consists of a dynamic team working with a range of private and public sector occupiers. We are known for being at the forefront of what we do. This role is to be an integral part of that team providing excellent property support to those occupier clients. Working with the support of a Senior Surveyor/Associate you will be assisting in the management of a large, diverse geographical portfolio for a specific client. 


Core Responsibilities:

To ensure cost effective operational running of client portfolio/regionLiaison with clients and 3rd parties i.e. landlords and their agents to ensure uninterrupted use of the client’s premises, effectively acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenantIdentify and drive through cost savings for corporate occupiersFor sublet properties, monitor income collection and tenant liaisonEnsure adherence to lease terms and compliance with statutory requirements and advising clients of sameManage and liaise with other Cushman & Wakefield teams and other professionals to provide a full service to the clientDelivers innovation by looking for and suggesting new ways to differentiate servicesIdentifies solutions that reduce costs for our clients and C&WProvide direct and frequent client contact and reportingWill stay current in own field and pursue opportunities to demonstrate expertiseWill actively build relationships and develop strong client relationshipsWill be responsible for supporting and developing talent of colleagues at earlier career level


Qualifications:

Degree level estate management qualification or equivalent desiredMembership of RICS desired

Knowledge & Experience:

Indicative 2 years post qualification experienceExperience of working in a large practice and/or corporate environment Rounded experience of general surveying skills – not restricted to a narrow practice areaAn understanding of business development and client relationship managementExperience in networking and building relationships internally and externallyA level of experience selling successfully to clientsUp to date knowledge of legislation regarding property managementDemonstrable technical competence in property managementBasic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets)Working knowledge of industry specific packages preferred (e.g. PROLEASE/TRAMPS/PM&A)
