Job DescriptionTo be responsible for the preparation of three dimensional topographical modelling, design, working and as constructed drawings for the Landfill and other facilities;To control all survey activities;To establish and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the quality of the work of the survey team;To ensure that all equipment is maintained, repaired and calibrated, as appropriate;To ensure the surveying and drawing preparation functions meet with the required operation standards, contractual requirements and financial targets;To maintain a current knowledge of standards and trends in order to anticipate changes that might impact the costs of providing service and new developments in the surveying and drafting fields;To ensure that the works undertaken on site are in accordance with the developed ISO14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Safety Management System as appropriate.

QualificationsBSc in Surveying or other job related disciplineHolder of Construction Safety (Green Card) TrainingChartered Land Surveyor is advantageGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Additional Information

Requirements:

5 years hands-on experience Familiar with using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, drone deploy and Land Desktop for high quality drawings and undertake 3D modellingFamiliar with using any other computer software is essential
