**Survey Crew Chief – PA/NJ Projects** **$100k – $170k | Full Benefits | Growth Opportunity** Are you an experienced survey professional ready to take the lead on challenging construction projects? We’re looking for a **Survey Crew Chief** to join our team and oversee critical surveying operations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. **What You’ll Do** + Establish and monitor survey control points + Efficiently operate standard survey equipment + Produce accurate red-line As-Built drawings + Perform topographic and cross-section surveys + Prepare and maintain required survey documentation + Care for and maintain assigned equipment + Supervise and mentor a Rodman on your crew + Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness + Use survey software to streamline tasks and reporting **What We’re Looking For** + **5+ years** technical engineering/surveying training + **3+ years** construction field experience + Strong communication skills and team-first attitude + Ability to thrive in all weather and site conditions + Willingness to travel as needed + Valid driver’s license required + **PA and/or NJ LS license preferred** **Perks & Benefits** + Competitive pay: **$100k – $170k** + Full **health & dental insurance** + Company-provided **life insurance** + Robust **retirement plan** + Long-term career stability with a growing company **Work Locations** Projects located throughout **Pennsylvania and New Jersey** .
