Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Crew Chief to join our team. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, with a strong focus on property/boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys. The role involves fieldwork primarily in Chester County, Delaware County, and Montgomery County. A company truck will be provided for travel.
ResponsibilitiesConduct property and boundary surveys with precision and accuracy.Perform ALTA and topographic surveys, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Execute residential and commercial construction stakeouts effectively.Utilize the Terra model to enhance survey accuracy and efficiency.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in land surveying.Proficient in property/boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys.Experience with residential and commercial construction stakeouts.Strong knowledge of the Terra model.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with utility surveys and construction surveying techniques.Work Environment
This is a field-based role that requires travel primarily within Chester County, Delaware County, and Montgomery County. The position involves working on the road, with a company truck provided for travel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
