Job Description
Join our dynamic Survey Department in Myrtle Beach, SC, as a Survey Technician. We seek individuals with surveying experience and the ability to prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD. This role involves working on boundary, topographic, ALTA, and wetland surveys.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate drawings using AutoCAD.Conduct boundary, topographic, ALTA, and wetland surveys.Read and interpret plats, deeds, easements, and plans.Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Carlson Software for survey tasks.Perform office-based survey work using total station and Topcon equipment.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD with preference for Civil 3D and Carlson Software.Experience in ALTA, topographic, boundary, wetland, and construction surveys.Ability to read and interpret plats, deeds, easements, and plans.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microstation and OpenRoads is a plus.Knowledge of surveying practices and procedures in both field and office settings.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Work Environment
The role is primarily office-based, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM on Fridays. Occasionally, additional hours may be required. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
