Surveillance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing surveillance teams, and ensuring  compliance with policies and  regulations. They will also be responsible for monitoring  security systems, coordinate investigations, and maintain incident reports for the hotel and casino operation. 

Monitoring and Supervision:

Overseeing the daily operations of the surveillance team, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. 

Team Management:

Supervising, training, and evaluating surveillance agents, including scheduling, timekeeping, and addressing employee concerns. 

Investigations:

Planning and supervising investigations, reviewing video footage for disputes, and documenting findings. 

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensuring surveillance equipment is functioning properly and recommending necessary maintenance or upgrades. 

Risk Assessment:

Identifying and assessing potential security risks and threats to the operation. 

Policy and Procedure Implementation:

Enforcing department standards, policies, and procedures, and recommending revisions to incorporate best practices. 

Reporting and Documentation:

Preparing and submitting administrative and investigative reports as required. 

Training and Development:

Developing and delivering security systems operational training for surveillance personnel. 

Incident Response:

Responding to security alerts and breaches, coordinating with other departments as needed. 

Data Analysis:

Analyzing data and logs from surveillance systems to identify trends and potential risks. 

Diploma in Security Management or Risk Management

3 years experience in a Supervisory Role
