Planning and supervising investigations, reviewing video footage for disputes, and documenting findings.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensuring surveillance equipment is functioning properly and recommending necessary maintenance or upgrades.
Risk Assessment:
Identifying and assessing potential security risks and threats to the operation.
Policy and Procedure Implementation:
Enforcing department standards, policies, and procedures, and recommending revisions to incorporate best practices.
Reporting and Documentation:
Preparing and submitting administrative and investigative reports as required.
Training and Development:
Developing and delivering security systems operational training for surveillance personnel.
Incident Response:
Responding to security alerts and breaches, coordinating with other departments as needed.

QualificationsDiploma in Security Management or Risk Management
3 years experience in a Supervisory Role
