We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** What you will do in this role:   + You will demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.   + You will promote customer service initiatives.   + You will function as scrub person during operative procedures.   + You will demonstrate ability to perform technical skills and procedures.   + You will assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing technical duties as assigned   + You will deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.         What qualifications you will need:    + Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech Program or equivalent training.   + Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.   + Surgical technologist students may be hired prior to graduation (within 3 months of graduation). Upon graduation, verification of completion of requirements will be verified.
