A respected healthcare institution in San Antonio is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper sterilization, and assisting during procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of aseptic techniques, and a commitment to patient safety. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting and contribute to a collaborative surgical environment.Responsibilities:Set up and maintain sterile surgical fields and instrumentsAssist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and anticipating needsEnsure surgical equipment is properly sterilized and functioningMonitor and track surgical supply counts before, during, and after proceduresFollow infection control protocols and hospital safety standardsQualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of an accredited Surgical Technologist programAt least 1 year of operating room experienceCurrent BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationProficiency in surgical instrumentation and aseptic techniquesBenefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $31.22 per hourMedical BenefitsTraining & GrowthYour New Organization:
