As a mission-driven organization, we are committed to creating an environment where every team member is valued and supported. **What You’ll Do** As a Surgical Technologist in the OR, you will: + Assist surgeons and physicians with a wide range of complex procedures, including minimally invasive and open surgeries. + Maintain sterile technique and monitor the surgical environment to ensure optimal patient safety. + Anticipate surgeon needs and provide appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment in a timely manner. + Function across multiple specialties and adapt quickly to emergent situations. + Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other clinicians as a key part of a multidisciplinary care team. **Qualifications & Career Ladder** Baystate Health offers a structured Surgical Technologist career ladder with growth opportunities based on experience and performance.
