requires high school diploma Experience Two years of experience in a hospital or medical related field with use of computers and data entry functions License and Certification NA PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Education High school diploma Bilingual preferred ExperienceTwo to four years of experience in a hospital or medical related field with advanced knowledge of computers and data entry functions License and Certification NA KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions and effectively communicate information Basic computer skills including openingreading email basic internet use Working knowledge of medical terminology to include CPT codes and ICD codes Have accurate grammar spelling and punctuation skills necessary Proficient skills in Windows based software including word processing database and spreadsheet programs Have excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with departments employees physicians and managers Have the ability to read and understand oral and written instructions and communicate effectively in order to provide information and instruction Must be organized flexible and a team player Demonstrate the ability to work in a stressful environment Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities Demonstrate strong customer service orientation Meets unit departmental and hospital needs in a cooperative and helpful manner requesting help if needed without assigning blame to others verbally or by action Maintains confidentiality related to patient staff and physician activityPROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING Requires the ability to exercise discretion and use good judgment to perform duties promptly and consistently with little direction Work is performed in
