Supports logistics processes, activities, and customers for all modes of transportation.

Job Requirements Analyzing logistics plans and identifying opportunities for distribution quality improvement. Coordinating the stock relocations and transfers related to the operations of logistics networks; assisting in the arrangement of logistics staff rotational schedule. Helping optimize shipments between distribution centers and customers and facilitate communication of transportation operations between carriers, suppliers and partners. Coordinating procedures across functions for the distribution and inventory management to ensure the execution of daily shipment plan and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service, efficiency improvement and cost saving. Responsabilities Supervise daily cycle count activities in alignment with company policies. Assign tasks and monitor performance of cycle count team members. Ensure timely and accurate completion of cycle counts based on established schedules. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, coordinating with relevant departments as needed. Analyze root causes of inventory variances and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of all cycle count results, adjustments, and reports. Coordinate annual physical inventory events as required. Follow and enforce TE regulations & TE EHS policies. Train and coach staff in proper inventory handling procedures. Monitor daily inventory accuracy KPIs and report performance metrics to management. Assist in implementing inventory control system improvements and process enhancements. What your background should look like BS in Industrial Engineering and/or related to Logistics. At least 3 years of experience and practitioner in the field of Logistics. Must have experience and background in Logistics Execution and Cycle Count as a plus. SAP knowledge, advanced Excel Skills Proficient in English verbal and written. Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision. Strong sense of urgency and responsibility. Strong teambuilding skills with a 3PL warehouse team to achieve exceptional results through team interaction and effective cross-group collaboration. Demonstrated personal leadership of cross-functional teams, demonstrating organizational and management skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to analyze data and use critical thinking to reach logical conclusions and decisions. Results oriented.
