Monitors production processes on the quantity and quality of products in accordance with operation regulations, safety principles, and production goals.
Job Requirements Directing production activities in accordance with production schedules and established priorities, ensuring maximum utilization of assigned resources, materials, and equipment. Overseeing production operations, addressing complaints, and resolving issues as per applicable laws and the organization's policy. Evaluating and assessing specifications, making adjustments to the process to ensure conformity to specifications. Interpreting procedures, methods, and correct use of production equipment for production leads and operators, ensuring standard and efficient processes are followed. Comply with Policies, Procedures & Quality manufacturing system Release Job numbers in daily form Comply the metrics (Pcs x hr & Headcount) Develop, Motivate and Guide personnel in charge to achieve the production goals Ensure the manufacturing process is on control (using standar works tools) Coordinate transfer of resposibilities and information between shiftes Maintain the efficiency, downtime reduction and documentation required of the área Ensure the correct payroll administration of his personnel Supervise the correct record of the scrap of the lines Develop people to have replacements in key positions Production Plan achievement Participate and use the TEOA tools Responsible to achieve Safety, Quality, Service & Cost KPIs goals Ensure Traininig compliance of his personnel Adopt and promote the preventive measures and Health and Safety procedures established by the Company to avoid accidents or illnesses Participate in the implementation and development of the Company's Management Systems, Certifications and Programs Perform any other activity required by your Supervisor or Manager.
Education: BACHELOR DEGREE
Language: ENGLISH 70-90%
Minimum Experience: 3-5 YEARS IN A SIMILAR POSITION
