Job Description: **Job Overview** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to provide comprehensive assistance to the Senior Director of HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative support, contributing to HR projects and reporting, and coordinating events across the APAC/China region. **Job Requirements** 1. **Administrative Support:** 1. 2. Provide full administrative support to the Senior Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, visa processing, and expense reporting. 3. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and internal events, managing all logistics to ensure smooth execution. 4. Prepare meeting agendas, consolidate presentation materials, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through and effective communication. 5. Coordinate schedules and logistics for HR senior leaders as required. 1. **Event Organization:** 2. Organize the APAC/China HR Conference, including logistics, scheduling, and follow-up actions post-event. 3. Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders. 4. Provide support for the logistics of team events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made. 5. **HR Reporting and Projects:** 6. Conduct ad-hoc people data analysis, providing insights and data visualization. 7. Assist in executing HR projects as directed by the Senior Director, managing timelines and deliverables effectively. 8. Liaise with various teams and HR stakeholders to gather data and produce necessary reports. 9.
