Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPV HR SPEC (MILITARY), Position Description Number D2697000 and is part of the 105TH AW, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants. Responsibilities As a SUPV HR SPEC (Military), GS-0201-12, you will serve as the supervisor over the Force Development, Commander's Support Staff, Sustainment Services Flight, Military Personnel Flight and Airman and Family Programs within the Force Support Squadron. May serve as the full-time representative of the Commander. This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: Enlisted Only SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Specialized experience factors encompass human resources program's business competencies, familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with DoD, U.S. Army, or U.S. Air Force. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Must have experience planning, directing, and administering force support programs for wing military personnel and associate units. Must have experience and knowledge of the basic concepts, principles, and theories of military human resources management and the ability to adapt these to meet mission requirements of the state.
