\nEssential Functions of the Role
\n\nSupervising your assigned staff both administratively and clinically, according to established industry best practices.\nAssisting and training your staff in identifying the needs of patients and their families, thereby ensuring top-notch care.\nPlaying an effective role in crafting and overseeing care plans, while coordinating and delivering services.\nInstituting practice and care standards that contribute to positive clinical outcomes, financial stability, and patient satisfaction.\nOverseeing the development of discharge plans and strategies to meet patients' needs post-discharge seamlessly.\nMaking sure staff follows rules and regulations for their job and institution.\n\nKey Success Factors
\n\nFamiliarity with comprehensive care coordination, planning for patient discharge, case management, and assessing the effectiveness and necessity of medical care.\nUnderstanding human behavior, including differences in ability, personality, and interests, is key in treating emotional disorders.\nAn ability to design structures, relationships, and processes to boost multidisciplinary care planning, care delivery, and planning for patient discharge.\nAn ability to create and implement standard policies, procedures, and programs.\nEffective social skills for interacting with a diverse group of people.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nBelonging Statement

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is requiredAt least (3) three years of experience is necessaryRegistered Nurse License (RN) is required
