Brook Street Social Care are now looking for support workers to work with our client with services in Blackpool and St Annes, supporting adults with complex needs.

Duties:

Support individuals with all aspects of their day-to-day livingTo ensure the Supported Individual/s has a safe, appropriate and comfortable living environmentDiscreetly perform any personal care tasks to preserve the Supported Individual's dignity at all times.If a requirement to administer or support to administer medication following the care planTo complete all administration in line with the requirements of the role

Requirements:

At least 1 years experience in social care or a similar roleHave a genuine desire to provide quality care and supportFlexibility
