Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an IT technician to provides technical support. Candidate must be available to work some nights and weekends. This person will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for RFID kits. They will perform user account management (password resets, access permissions, etc.) They will also assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance. They will be coordinating schedules and will be the single point of contact onsite.

2+ years of experience with IT support
Understanding of networking
Troubleshooting Hardware and Software Issues
Customer Service Experience RFID experience
Associates or Bachelors Degree
