What You'll Do
You will join the Operations Support Team, providing administrative support to Executive/Team Assistants, engaging both internal and external stakeholders and providers. You will represent BCG in a manner consistent with BCG’s value statement, maintaining highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.
You are good at:
Cooperating with Executive/Team Assistants, Payroll and Wellbeing Departments to assist with all administrative tasks as requested: managing travel expenses and medical reimbursement processes, manage documents related to company’s Welfare program and other administrative processes; Contributing to define and track relevant KPIs of the Department; Maintaining constant working relationships with our health care fund and health insurance broker to facilitate the information flow and scheduling process between Executives/internal Stakeholders and the fund/insurance broker;Processing, with the highest standards of precision, the expenses reports for relevant cohorts; Cooperating with other Operations colleagues for various administrative duties.What You'll Bring
Precision and high attention to details and deadlines, keeping highest standards of confidentiality;Organizational and time-management skills; Reliability and a goal-oriented approach; Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Italian and English; Very good customer service skills, with a natural approach to understand users’ needs; Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously and appropriately; Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Administrative Sciences (completed or ongoing) or equivalent work experience; Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Who You'll Work With
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
