GFL Environmental is looking for a Support Supervisor to join our team in Rocky View County, AB!

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Support Supervisor to assist our team of three Supervisors in managing day-to-day operational tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the trucking or logistics industry. Key Responsibilities

Assist supervisors with daily operational support tasks

Coordinate and complete equipment pickups and deliveries

Manage key cutting and distribution as required

Assist with yard and equipment clean-up and basic organization

Conduct site visits to support supervisors and ensure operational needs are met

Provide general support with administrative and logistical tasks

Maintain communication with drivers and support teams as needed

Ensure safety and compliance standards are upheld during all tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Class 3 driver’s license with clean driving record (mandatory) 

Previous experience in logistics, trucking, or a similar field is an asset

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Comfortable with hands-on work in an outdoor or industrial environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
