As an HR IT Support Specialist in our 2nd level support team, you will be the backbone of our SuccessFactors Employee Central operations. Your mission: keep systems running seamlessly, resolve complex issues, and ensure data flows across global HR platforms. You will:
Perform 2nd level support activities in SuccessFactors, collaborating closely with IT and local HR system teams;Analyze and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring a customer-focused approach;Maintain an overview of system connections and data flows;Support testing for system changes, enhancements, and releases to guarantee functionality and quality.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT related field or comparable qualification.Experience: 1–2 years in IT support or similar roles; hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, ideally Employee Central.Knowledge: Solid understanding of SuccessFactors and HR system landscapes.Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory), German is a plus.Personality: Analytical, structured, and customer-oriented. Also, Interculturally competent, quick learner, adaptable, and solution-driven.Additional InformationPlease note that your application for this position may be subject to a Pre-Employment Screening (PES).
