Support Services Analyst II – IT
? Location: Altona Terminal, VIC
? Contract Duration: 12 Months 
 

We’re currently sourcing for a Support Services Analyst II to join a dynamic team in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to contribute to enterprise-level systems and lead technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform technical, analytical, and professional duties across enterprise, client/server, and desktop systems

Detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues and deficiencies

Configure and install hardware/software components

Manage inventory control of IT equipment and supplies

Maintain asset and software tracking systems

Monitor system performance and collect relevant data

Lead projects and mentor junior team members

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, and communication protocols

Proven experience with hardware/software upgrades and troubleshooting

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently with moderate direction

Prior experience in a senior technical analyst role is highly desirable
