Essential Responsibilities (Responsibilities below may vary depending on Shop Assignment)

Operate equipment including, but not limited to, saws, polishers, grinders, hand tools, manual milling machinesPolish and/or rework partsChip cart removal/exchangeGauge collection/returnPerform material handling duties as requiredFollow standard escalation processKeep workstation kanban stockedAdhere to and follow standard workComplete training/certification as requiredFollow detailed verbal and written instructionsSaw partsFixture setup/prepTool changes/setup/settingEnsure machine fluids are full, coordinate emptying as neededPerform water spider preventative maintenance (WPM)Safely perform required rigging tasks and lifts using cranes and related equipmentProvide production line support (i.e., support operator)Participate in process improvements and other activities, as required, to support the Bangor team and site goalsCommunicate effectively and work well with othersMaintain accurate written and computer recordsComplete monthly/annual online training as assignedPerform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

Eligibility Requirements:

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation.Flexibility: Willingness to work B shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM; Monday - Thursday).

Pay Rate: The starting pay for this position is $25.6630. This position is also eligible for the 10% of base wage Night Shift Bonus (NSB). This posting is expected to close Sept 1st, 2025.
