Job Title: Support Engineering Data Specialist
Job Type: Full Time (6 months)
Location: Ridley Park, PA
Schedule: Monday- Friday; First Shift 7:30AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $45.75 to $57.40 per hour
Summary:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Support Engineering Data Specialist in Ridley Park, PA. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing, analyzing, and managing critical technical data that supports the maintenance, reliability, and operational readiness of aerospace systems. Your work will directly impact the performance and lifecycle of complex aircraft systems, ensuring mission success and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, analyze, collect, and store system support technical data elements and specifications.
Provide recommendations on product supportability and define operational maintenance tasks, resources, and support systems to meet supportability requirements.
Identify and analyze logistics support candidates from product definitions and develop logistics support analysis records and reports.
Determine spares provisioning requirements, stocking levels, and replacement part strategies for multiple customers under a single contract type.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for operating, testing, and maintaining aircraft systems and components.
Review and evaluate operational performance, reliability, and availability for aircraft systems within your specialty area.
Required Qualifications:
Proven ability to perform task analysis in SLICWAVE.
Familiarity with MIL-STD-1388B & GEIA-0007B.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Minimum 5 years of experience developing LSAR.
Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of related work experience
(OR Master’s with 4 years, OR 10 years of related work experience in lieu of degree).
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex technical documentation.
Experience in aerospace technical data analysis and logistics support planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Details: $45.75 to $57.40 per hour
