The role
Support Engineer
contract type: full time | location: Almaty, Kazakhstan

We’re looking for a Support Engineer who enjoys solving problems, working with Microsoft technologies, and helping customers get the best out of their IT. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and work on projects related to cloud and security.
What you’ll doSupport customers with Microsoft products like Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, SQL, Active Directory/Azure AD, Identity, and Security
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests - with senior engineers available for escalations when needed
Communicate with customers in Russian and/or Kazakh, keeping them updated on progress and solutions
Contribute to IT projects that involve Microsoft platforms and cloud technologies
Keep your skills sharp and up to date with the latest Microsoft solutions
What we need to see from you
Solid communication skills in Russian/Kazakh and good English for internal collaboration
Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ideally with Windows Server, Azure, SQL Server
Previous work in a managed services or IT support environment is a plus
Motivation, curiosity, and passion for cloud technologies
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
