\tPosition Summary
We have a current vacancy for a Supply Support Cataloguer who implements material Cataloguing requests. They will conduct, coordinate, and assist in the preparation, revision, and support of all material cataloguing requests. They will ensure that material data is accurate, complete and consistent across all materials support systems.
Key Areas of Responsibility
\tCoordinate cataloguing of new materials, and revisions to existing materials, in DRMIS and the Canadian Government Cataloguing System (CGCS). Obtain required vendor documentation to support cataloguing request and track to completion;
\t\t\tCreate new, or revise existing, material records in Thales ERP system(s). Accountable for data accuracy on new materials entry;
\t\t\tExamine technical data, quotes and material catalogues to ensure accuracy and consistency of part numbers, descriptions and OEM information across material systems;
\t\t\tSupport Order Entry of Customer material orders. Interface with Demand Planners and Material Expediters to obtain valid parts for order entry;
\t\t\tInterface with ILS and Engineering teams to support Cataloguing requests;
\t\t\tParticipate in continual improvement of all material catalogues and Cataloguing process;
\t\t\tAssist in documenting material updates/changes in the technical data package, such as part number, vendor references and NSN;
\t\t\tParticipate in regular team meetings and recommending remedial action for any potential issues;
\t\t\tEnsure relevant standards, procedures / practices and controls are being followed;
\t\t\tOther duties as required.
\tMinimum Qualifications
\tPossess a minimum of a 1-year post-secondary diploma in administration, information management or program related to supply support, offered by a recognized technical institute, and a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience with material cataloguing, supply support and/or material procurement
\tOR
\tpossess a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience with material cataloguing, supply support, technician and/or material procurement in a logistics environment.
Experience in SAP and CGCM/CGCS or DRMIS
\t\t\tExperience using the Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
\t\t\tLanguage: English (Essential)
\tPreferred Qualifications
\tFrench speaking
\t\t\tKnowledge of Material Requirements Planning methods and implementation.
\t\t\tPrevious experience working with application software such as Maximo, OmegaPS and DRMIS will be considered an asset
\t\t\tExperience working on DND In-Service Support contracts considered an asset.

Special Position Requirements
\tSchedule: 40 hours per week
\t\t\tPhysical Environment: Hybrid position, a mix of working from home and on-site
\t\t\tTravel: Potential domestic travel may be required, which will include access to government facilities and assets, including naval vessels
\tThe reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) $70,000 - $90,000 CAD Annual.
