Supply Specialist

On Time delivery is essential competitiveness for winning business. That’s why we’re looking for a skilled Supply Specialist who will take care of order fulfillment in a timely manner. The Specialist should have an excellent problem-solving mindset and rigorous attention to detail, staying organized as they manage a large network from suppliers to customers. and they also should have a deep understanding of the supply chain and cooperate with various teams. This position will report to Sourcing & Supply team Leader and be part of CFO organization.

Responsibilities

Order management & On-time deliveryEnsure on-time delivery and high customer satisfactionManage transportation, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryEnsure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costsManage suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.Risk mitigation & strategy developmentIdentify and resolve issues related to supply chain operations, such as delays or disruptionsDevelop and implement overall supply chain strategies to optimize processes and improve efficiencySelect key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.Ensure the Compliance program as all strategic goods under controlFocus on business transition to SW delivery businessUnderstand business trends and optimize the SW delivery process to customersCommunication & CollaborationWork with various departments, including sales, operations, and customer service, etc and build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers

Requirements and Qualifications

3~5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in a tech/SW or HW businessBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Finance, or similar relevant fieldsExperience in SW delivery business such as cloud licensingExperience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAPStrong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detailProblem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts professionallyExcellent communication skills and Proficiency in written and spoken English
