What are we looking for?very good communication and presentation skillsfluent Latvian and English bachelor’s degree in logistics or other related areasability to work without close supervision and collaborate within a teamminimum 1.5 years experience on a similar position: supply planner, customer service, operations planning, operations management,inventory management skillssystems knowledge: advanced skills using Microsoft Excel for data analysisstrong analytical skills

What will be your key responsibilities?making sure the supply plan is executed according to the agreed principles in a short-term horizonensuring the inventory levels are in line with the approved E2E demand & supply plan that the organized replenishment secures maximum product availability to the customersmaking sure the supplying locations respect the replenishment principles and agreed remaining in constant connection with local warehouse partners regarding stock reception and logistic data accuracyoperating & monitoring local replenishment and distribution activities in all Baltic countries monitoring Inventory level vs. targets, reporting KPIsplacing and modifying shipment orders ordering transport services from external transport providersmanaging daily communication with the Customer Service Team and Sales Team regarding product availability
