You will deliver on the medium- to long-term (9-12 months) forecast of material requirements to suppliers and activities related to mid- to long-term material requirements for assigned suppliers/materials across the region. You also track the contract coverage position and raise any new requisitions to procurement and identify risks and opportunities in medium-term material supply plans and drive dialogue and escalation.

+ Develop short- and long-term materials planning for items produced internally and externally
+ Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) raw/pack inventory levels, compliance to schedule (CTS), material write off
+ Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan
+ Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply/materials planning
+ Partner with procurement for material optimization
+ Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Work with Manufacturing/3rd Party planning teams to ensure that production/delivery plans allow business demands to be satisfied in full over a full 2-year horizon (with the main focus on the upcoming 26 weeks – possibly longer if the product is seasonal).
+ Where required to provide supplier/plant with long-term sales forecasts, dependent demand requirements, or in some cases a production plan on a weekly basis (typically over a 2-year horizon) to ensure all parties have the most up-to-date and accurate information to work with.
+ Where required, obtain sign-off of the medium-term (26 weeks) delivery plans with Third Parties and Intercompany suppliers to confirm the ability to supply to our requirements.
+ Manage replenishment plans within pre-defined inventory boundaries and review the boundary analysis as required to recommend any amendments. Manage working capital in line with business targets and minimize finished goods and WIP obsolete stocks
+ Identify risks and opportunities in the production/delivery plans, to allow dialogue and escalation to enable “best-for-business decisions” in achieving the commercial growth strategies of our Business Units.
+ Manage & communicate short to medium-term availability issues arising from delivery of production plan/sales plan with wider Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L), Commercial and Manufacturing teams to ensure that a best-for-business solution is put in place and communicated to optimize customer service.
+ Where required working with Logistics team to organize, track and manage inbound transport from various manufacturing plants to ensure product is brought to distribution centers in a timely manner.
+ Manage all aspects of the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in line with the agreed supply plan and provide the assistance to Accounts Payable to resolve any related invoice queries.
+ Where required ensure that appropriate stock holding is kept in distribution center, in line with the latest demands, to maximize service levels and revenue whilst protecting against waste/excess inventory.
+ Report and drive action on Waste risks by issuing relevant reports to Demand Planning personnel on pre-agreed timescale and meeting with them to discuss and agree on actions.
+ Support major NPD development within the category, working closely with PCM and all Demand Planning, Procurement and PPIC personnel to ensure products are launched on time with stock coverage to maximize service levels.
+ Monitor and evaluate suppliers and plants' performance versus plan, ensuring that issues are taken into account in forward planning and data used is robust where required formally review with supplier on a face-to-face basis.
+ Collate and report KPI’s as required by the business.
+ Ensure all data (e.g. SAP) is maintained in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Contribute and deliver the relevant supply chain projects.
+ Individual Contributor: Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
+ Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors, prefer Supply Chain Management/International Business/Business Administration
+ Minimum 4 years experience related to manufacturing process or demand planning and stock management experience in FGMC industry
+ An agile, dynamic, insightful and influential person with the ability to operate at both overall and operational levels
+ Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical situations
+ Excellent analytic, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
+ Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to go extra miles
+ Proficient in verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English
+ Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Query, Power BI
+ ERP system experience
