As a Supply Planning Lead, you’ll develop and implement effective supply planning strategies to ensure availability of finished goods and operational excellence. You’ll influence cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Co-manufacturing, Demand Planning, and Marketing to ensure business objectives are supported.
+ Proactively manage production requirements and inventory for assigned segments & provide long and short-term planning direction to internal and co-manufacturers to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
+ Evaluate short and long-term expected growth and demand to ensure adequate production and co-packing capacity.
+ Utilize data to build supply projection models and provide impact summaries to senior leadership.
+ Evaluate production locations and future plant capital improvements to maximize network efficiency and capacity.
+ Responsible for factory communication on any special packing requirements, new items, change in production location and coordination of those requirements with respect to finished goods and forecast demand.
+ Provide guidance and mentorship to supply planning team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, supply chain analytics, procurement, logistics, data analytics, or related field
The approximate pay range for this position is $97,000 to $144,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
