Country Singapore City SINGAPORE Workplace location SINGAPORE-FRASERS TWR(SGP) Employer company TOTALENERGIES MARKETING ASIA-PACIFIC MIDDLE EAST Domain Sales Type of contract Regular position Experience Less than 3 years Context & Environment Long supply lead time & sometimes unstable supply from global and regional suppliersUnique requirements from different customers, such as documentation, labelling and suchComplex competition to supply from both local and regional manufacturersDemonstrate agility of supply from different supply points, balancing between costs and commercial relationship Activities Order Fulfilment and ProcessingEnsure smooth operations in SAP through regular management and update of vendor data Order processing support for selected customers/affiliates, ensuring smooth product deliveryPurchase Order creation to suppliers with necessary endorsements and follow up on PO deliveryIssue Packing List, Bill of Lading, Invoices and other necessary documents to customers Supply Management and Optimization (Planning, Procurement, Allocation)Lead and co-ordinate monthly S&OP process with product suppliers, commercial teams and affiliates in Asia Pacific/ Middle East, managing product balances and allocations.Plan and co-ordinate the production of Crop Protection and packed products for the regionLead new product introduction and management for new market/customersInventory ManagementPlan purchases of inventory into storage tanks by bulk vessel, Isotank/Flexibags; meeting annual inventory targetPrepare monthly and yearly stock report and reconcile physical vs. actual inventoryInvestigate and perform root cause analysis for inventory loss exceeding limitLogistics & Technical supportSupport new and existing sales development through design of supply chain solutionsOptimize and improve delivered costs through analysis of supply price formula and logistic costsIncident management - lead investigation and resolution with vendors for logistics or quality issues.Support monthly accrual report to Finance team, and have a thorough understanding of cost reportingSupport APMO team on technical related topics and follow-up product quality complaints from customersManage all product safety data sheet and label in accordance with the latest company policy and government regulations Vendor ManagementSourcing and management of product supplier and logistic partners, ensuring financial profitability and service level, balancing business requirement and market situation.Represent Special Fluids for regional contract negotiation and tenders, with product suppliers and logistic partners, ensuring adherence to TotalEnergies policiesSupport RFP / RFQ of products and services, including new product qualifications and global freight tender
Expected Results:
Meeting customers’ (internal and external) requirements on the shipping arrangements and deliveries.Continuous improvement on efficiency and agility of supply chain, and deliver cost savings from COS or Variable CostsEstablish strong relationships with product suppliers and/or vendors such as logistics providers, surveyors, etc.Resources Used:
