Supply Planner - GPC Asia Pacific - Chullora, Rowville, Brisbane - Full Time

We are seeking a methodical, experienced, and result-driven Supply Planner to join our team. Reporting to the Planning Manager, this role contributes to the profitability, growth and return on investment of GPC Asia Pacific.

About the role:

Based in either Rowville VIC, Brisbane QLD, or Chullora NSW, you will ensure that optimal supply chain plans are generated and executed for your supplier partners, by:

Managing end to end replenishment tasks within your suppliers and product portfolioScheduled and timely ordering and delivery of inventoryMaintain Inventory levels in accordance with business expectationsAnalyse and report supplier performance DIFOT and KPI metricsBuilding strong working relationships with key contacts - external vendors as well as internal departments such as Category Management and Group Support teams within the Repco & NAPA businessesSupporting the execution of integrated supply chain solutions in collaboration with key stakeholdersActively participate in S&OP and strategic supply forumsWork pro-actively with appointed 3rd Party Supply Chain partners

Additionally, our Supply Planners are responsible for monitoring purchase forecasts, supply, availability, and other various elements of purchasing, planning and S&OP.

All about you:

You will consider yourself to be a proactive and driven individual with:

2 years’ minimum experience in Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning rolesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and ideally exposure to Planning systems (JDA, Blue Yonder, Relex, Logility, SAP, etc…)Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levelsStrong drive to meet business deadlines and display resilience in a fast-paced work environmentEffective time management and capabilities to prioritise tasksAbility to develop trusted professional relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProactive problem-solving abilityA curious mind, focusing on solutions supported by sound analyticsWell-developed negotiation skillsBig picture view, allowing you to see the ongoing flow on effects of actions and processesHaving a customer centric mindsetExtra plus, if you have been part of a planning tool or an ERP implementation
