**Supply Planner**
**Position Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Supply Planner** to manage supply planning activities across a designated product portfolio. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, this role is responsible for developing executable supply plans, ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and supporting key supply chain KPIs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver, with the ability to analyze data, manage complexity, and influence stakeholders across the organization.
**What you will do:**
+ Develop and maintain mid- to short-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints.
+ Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and demand planning teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of supply plans.
+ Monitor supply chain performance metrics such as inventory turns, service level, and supply plan adherence.
+ Identify and escalate supply risks or constraints, propose mitigation actions, and support decision-making in cross-functional forums.
+ Ensure supply plans are accurately reflected in ERP and planning systems; maintain planning parameters (lead times, MOQ, safety stock, etc.).
+ Support the S&OP process with data inputs, plan assumptions, and scenario modeling.
+ Take financial accountability for inventory related to assigned portfolio (e.g., target setting, aging analysis, write-off risk, and reporting).
+ Work closely with finance and supply planning leadership to balance inventory levels and working capital objectives.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes, tools, and data accuracy.
**What you will need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accountancy or related field.
+ 2-3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or related supply chain functions.
+ Solid understanding of supply planning principles, inventory management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP).
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and planning/reporting tools.
+ APICS/CSCP certification or ongoing pursuit is a plus.
+ Experience in [industry, if applicable — e.g., manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals] is preferred.
