Supply Planner
Description Own the end-to-end supply planning and execution of in/out display programs under skin cleansing category (e.g., endcaps, shippers, limited-time offers). Lead cross-functional meetings with supply, brand, customer service, packaging, and manufacturing teams to align on timelines and requirements. Develop project timelines and ensure critical milestones (design lock, PO placement, production start, ship date) are met. Manage component and material readiness, identify supply risks, and drive resolution to avoid delays. Track demand signals and customer commitments to ensure alignment with supply plans. Partner with brand teams on feasibility of launch timing and work through changes or challenges as they arise. Ensure supply plans are reflected accurately in systems and communicated to stakeholders. Provide regular project updates to leadership and escalate risks with clear options and trade-offs. Support process improvement efforts to streamline planning for future displays or promo cycles. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in supply planning or project management (CPG experience a plus). Experience working with promotional or short-lead-time programs is strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Proficiency in Excel, project planning tools, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Ability to anticipate issues, think critically, and drive decisions under pressure. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $48.00/hr.
